To be honest, I suspect a scam, probably to push Windoze results. A sure hint is the impossible value of 21Mbps, when your ISP claims to provide only 15... Maybe they get payed by Microsoft for this? I also watched my internet connection during this "test" - it is barely transmitting/receiving anything at all, and I also get the 6Mbps.
