Romain,
Check if you get similar entries in the /var/log/kern.log, like,
ath5k phy0: noise floor calibration timeout (2462MHz)
Otherwise, it is a different issue.
If it is, the very last entries in your logs before the crash might tell you 
what went wrong, like in my case.
