Public bug reported: I upgraded from intrepid to jaunty and discovered that after a suspend/resume, Network Manager cannot establish a wired ethernet connection. I do not know for sure if that happened before, because until I replaced the binary ati driver with the radeon one, suspend was impossible because it led to a crash. I can reconnect only by removing and reinserting the "via_velocity" module.
