I can confirm Chucky's statement that this bug is present in 8.04 x86_64, up to date as of today. My version of trac is 0.10.4-2. I was able to resolve it by installing python-clearsilver version 0.10.4-1.3 from Debian sid: http://http.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/c/clearsilver/python-clearsilver_0.10.4-1.3_amd64.deb
