I'm having the same assert with UXA enabled after resuming from RAM:
X: ../../src/i830_batchbuffer.h:78: intel_batch_emit_dword:
Assertion `pI830->batch_ptr != ((void *)0)' failed.
This on a Thinkpad X40 with :
m...@x40:~$ lspci | grep VGA
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 82852/855GM Integrated
Graphics Device (rev 02)
