Hey! 2 processes... That should not happen because we're testing for multiple instances on the bus. Except that it's a session bus, so it means that multiple such busses can exist on the system at the same time.
I think the case is rare, and that you should really use different sessions. As a workaround, we could prevent notify-osd from starting for the root user.
