Binary package hint: catdoc

xls2csv apparently doesn't read the information from excelsheets
correctly, so dates are counted from 1904 instead of 1900. This shifts
dates output by 1462 days.

I am currently running Hardy i386, but package version is the same on
Intrepid and Jaunty.
