Sadly this is still happening in Jaunty beta. It's making the system unusable as the GTK apps use up 100% of the CPU finding and losing and finding the keyboard again. I'm happy to turn on whatever debug options are needed to diagnose the problem - please could someone get back to me about this before I have to defect to windows? It really is that bad.
