I just tried a guest session, within which rhythymbox initially works fine with the radio sources. Randomly I picked one radio station, the RB did not respond.... after forced quiting the program and restarted, no resources showed up.
Therefore, it probably like you said, a "local installation issue". But how can I fix it?
