Hello, I'm reopening this ancient bug because the same thing is occurring with me on Jaunty Beta 1. When i press "End current session" the Kubuntu starts shutting down itself. I was using KDe 4.2.0 from PPA in Intrepid when i first noticed this. After upgrading to Jaunty the issue is still there.
For the record i did an upgrade from Intrepid to Jaunty, and not a clean install. Also, I haven't erased my .kde folder (if thats matter). I've a Dell vostro 1000 with an ATI Radeon on it.
