I think I'm also being bitten by this bugger on Jaunty:

Per Logitech official information we seem to be on our own here; "The diNovo
Media Desktop Laser is not supported on Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000,
UNIX, Linux or Macintosh operating systems."

Also has anyone with access to a Windows system tried to update to
SetPoint 4.7 or SetPoint 4.72? In the past I've seen that some updates
include firmware updates for the Bluetooth dongle.

Anything I can provide please don't hesitate to ask.
