I would guess so. I haven't changed anything from the installed defaults, where mythbuntu does auto-login to the user account setup in the installer and then starts mythfrontend.real automatically. I'm not sure when x11vnc is supposed to be started. The only evidence I can see of enabling the VNC service in MCC is the file /root/.vnc/passwd; there is no vnc process running anywhere after the computer does auto-login to mythfrontend.real.
