Hi Pablo, Can you please check if tpconfig detects your touchpad? sudo apt-get install tpconfig sudo tpconfig
It should print something like "found synaptics/Alps touchpad". check if your kernel detects your touchpad dmesg |grep input - lists all input devices detected , see if there is something with "alps or synaptic" If you can't see any alps or synaptic in the dmesg output, it needs a kernel fix and will be very hard to do that.
