Same problem here: if I open a file in Downloads/ and try to extract it to Downloads/ (working dir and default) - I am not able to extract the files.
If I click on Extract (Entpacken) this click will be ignored. If I select Downloads/ from my Bookmarks the Extract button works and the files are extracted to Downloads/.
