I'm having the same issue. When I boot up, the sound works for a while, but then stops randomly. When it fails, this is what I get when I click 'Test' in Systerm>Preferences>Sound: audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! gconfaudiosink: Failed to connect: Connection refused
