The package is in universe, which means the mythbuntu-control-centre
maintainer has to manually download translations from
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/mythbuntu-
control-centre and upload a new version of the package.
Likewise, if the translation template at Rosetta is not up-to-date, a
new .pot file has to be uploaded manually since it's not automatically
ripped by the build bot in the case of universe packages.
