I have a Pinnacle PCTV USB2 capture device. When I use tvtime-scanner to
scan for channels I get the following result:

Found a channel at 446,50 MHz (445,00 - 448,00 MHz), adding to channel list.

But my cable tv provider has the following channels:

I also tried using MythTv with the same result. The capture device works
fine with Windows XP. I lend the capture device to a friend running
mythbuntu, he experienced the same problem with my capture device (he is
normally using a Haupauge capture device without problems)
