LP has not facility to attach the report generated by ubuntu-bug to
already reported bug:
For example, I got the crash report , or i want to report bug about
Ubuntu on LP, So, i will collect the all necessary information through
the "ubuntu-bug" CLI. It will automatically gathered all information to
report the bug related to Pacakge / PID and redirect me to LP. But,
after going to LP, Someone can found that this bug has already been
filed, But reporter has not provided the necessary information. So, LP
is not providing facility to attach that reports to existing reported
bug. It's only giving the facility to subscribe to that bug.
