Hi I've encountered this bug too. I'm using ubuntu edgy amd64, and I have a Lexmark E232 using the pxlmono driver with the " Generic PCL 6 PCL XL" ppd. When I select printing only odd pages or only even pages in evince, it just prints all the pages.
