Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Today the panel started to bug me.
It all began with a notice that indicator-applet had crashed and that I should
report a bug. Because I had done nothing which seems to have something to do
with the indicator-applet, I just ignored it because I wouldn't have known what
to write anyway.
The panel then keeped crashing (or whatever, I just know for sure that it
disappeared), and immediately being restarted thereafter, but only to crash a
second later. This cycle goes on without an end.
I am able to switch to a tty and kill the panel which stops that cycle. I then
create a starter to start a terminal (I found no other means to start a program
without the panel, Alt+F2 doesn't work anymore) and restart gnome-panel, and
then it stays there for a while.
But after some time, it starts this crashing-restarting behavior again (but now
without a noice that anything crashed), a X restart didn't help.
Please tell me which information I should provide to help finding the
fault and resolving that issue.
