Public bug reported:

Problem:
Using flash-based webcam/conference services such as adobe connect and
userplane, the camera works the first time, then stops working. If at any point
you turn off the camera in the chat interface and then turn it back on, you
will either get a) no picture b) sound only c) static/bizarre colors (see
attached screenshot)

Workaround:
Remove /home/$USER/.mozilla/xxxxxxxx.profile/xpti.dat and restart firefox, the
webcam again will work the first time.

Versions:
Tested on a Dell Mini 9 running 8.04 (lpia)
Tested on a Dell XPS m1330 running 8.10 (i386)

Debugging:
strace'ing the existing process froze the entire computer except for the mouse.
Followed instructions found here to debug flash since we do not have a dbgsym
package for flashplugin-nonfree:
http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/2/docs/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=LiveDocs_Parts&file=00001527.html

Content of ~/mm.cfg:
ErrorReportingEnable=1
TraceOutputFileEnable=1

Debugging logs attached. Logs ending with -full.log is the complete log,
see end of file for notes. The error/works logs are just the camera
connecting section.
