I confirm this. The "Time and date Settings" askes to install the ntp packages again when "Select servers..." button is pressed, right after the button was previously pressed and required software was installed. I opened the settings by right clicking on the clock and selecting "Adjust Date & Time". I have experienced this with 6.06 PC, 32-bit version. 3 different installs.
