SATA is causing interrupts to be disabled on IRQ 16 (the same IRQ that your ethernet and USB are on).
Not sure why it is doing that. It looks very specific to your machine. Can you try checking in your BIOS settings to see if your SATA controller can be set to a different mode (AHCI, Legacy, Native, etc) and see if changing that fixes the problem?
