Marking invalid. The disk check is finished when you get your problem;
could be a hardware, configuration or X driver issue.

If you still have the problem please check if ctrl-alt-delete or ctrl-
alt-backspace can restart the X server. If you can, also check if your
machine responds to ping. If not, reboot on a CD, mount your root
partition, check /var/log/kern.log and /var/log/Xorg.0.log, then file a
bug in the appropriate package (maybe xserver-xorg-video-ati or linux
kernel). Thanks.
