i know i am not the guy you asked... but i tried to install the beta.. and i have less usb-device errors, but there still there... there where about 24 now there are something like 6 errors... so this saves more then a minute of boot time...
also its hard to tell cause of the new boot splash, but i think the errors come later in the boot process, but i guess there is no way to compare that anymore :( though the beta did kinda mess up my vlc player.... it now opens up a new window to display just the movie..
