this is due to the fact that the package in ubuntu is still built
against python2.5, while jaunty uses 2.6. (that this becomes an issue at
all might because arandr is not packaged according to the latest debian
python policies, which is on my agenda but not on top of it).

nevertheless, if the current package was built again, debian bug#523903
would inevitably show up. a fix is in debian as arandr_0.1.2-1.

importing and building 0.1.2-1 for jaunty, on the other hand, would
instantaneously fix this bug. thus, i'd like to request a freeze
exception for this package.

as required for a freeze exception in [1], the following files will be
provided:

 * debian/changelog (i don't keep an extra changelog as an upstream author yet)
 * pbuilder log (created by redirecting stdout and stderr as --logfile did not
work)
 * install log

package was tested inside a virtualbox jaunty machine. tests were not
too comprehensive given the nature of a virtual machine, but the changes
from the last version don't affect the running app anyway.
