First of all, I have not been able to reach the website for this bug, https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-evdev/+bug/264196, in over a week.
I must point out that this bug is now happening approximately half the time I start a Linux session. It's happening again today. This is despite the fix. So, sometimes the fix works, and sometimes it does not, on the same compuuter. It's driving me crazy even as I type this message.
