Thanks for testing. Ryan, I'll need to take a look at that in more
detail but I suspect your issue is more an upstream one, as my patch
just automatically runs the action that would normally be taken when
pressing the Reindex action on the notification that used to appear.

Those messages that you see in tracker-indexer indicate the index is
corrupt, but they should stop once reindexing commences I think
