How to change layout:
1. Open "Add to panel" in panel context menu, add "Keyboard indicator
applet" to the panel.
2. Open "Keyboard Preferences" of the applet, choose "Layouts" tab.
3. Touch "Add" button and then choose either "Russian Federation" in "By
country" or "Russian" in "By language" tab.

Now start totem, then clicking the applet make your layout "Rus" and then
press F.
