I also use Kubuntu, the Daily Live CD of 19 April. I downloaded the experimental 64-bit Flash player from this place – http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/ – however, because I didn't want to download all the dependencies required for the 32-bit Flash player.
I also noticed that I had no sound in Flash. I fixed this by opening alsamixer in a terminal, and noticed that the PCM channel was muted. I increased the volume of the PCM channel to the maximum to get the sound working. This was a totally fresh install, and it was the default setting for the PCM channel to be muted. -- No Sound In Flash https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/345096 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
