I confirm this bug. After upgrading my system on 9.04 rc1 ... my WPA-EAP with TTLS and PAP connection stopped working. Previously, no problems with knetworkmanager.
I also tested the patch mentioned before (by hermansson). It neither worked (TTLS and PAP) for me.
