So, as workaround: sudo pbuilder --create --distribution jaunty --components "main restricted universe multiverse" --mirror "http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu"; Instead of using the othermirrors option as suggested in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PbuilderHowto Maybe was a misunderstanding from my side. I've tried to use ONLY the option othermirrors, instead of to use it with the default mirror option. But anyways, using the most simple command to create an environment (pbuilder create) still not working because of the default mirror archive.canonical.com.
