** Description changed: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel I'm fairly sure this bug was in jaunty from the start (even when we had intel 2.6.1 and the old mesa etc). Because EXA was so slow I used UXA during most of the jaunty cycle and I forgot to report this bug. Now I just reinstalled using 9.04 RC and even after installing all updates as of today this bug is still present. This happens with EXA only, and it also happens when I boot straight from the 9.04 RC live cd so it's not a config issue on this machine. Also see the screenshot (which makes it obvious what the bug is).
