Can you please attach the file "msgFilterRules.dat" from inside your profile:
~/.mozilla-thunderbird/*default/Mail/pop.bleh-#.com/msgFilterRules.dat
You may want to cat the file if you have more than 1 address pop.bleh-1.com
does not mean it is the default email bax.
if not pop than use imap
