I have this issue as well. Specifically, I see the dialog described by
Guybrush88. When clicking "OK" and "Cancel" the dialog disappears only
to immediately reappear. When clicking "Reindex all contents", and then
closing the dialog when it reappears, it does go away. However, it
returns after a reboot. Very annoying - only seen this issue in Ubuntu
9.04. I did not experience it in any previous release.
