Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mplayer
Steps to reproduce: play a flv file containing x264-encoded video with mplayer I don't think it's a problem with ffmpeg, since ffplay can correctly playy the flv. Mplayer can play the video dumped out with ffmpeg, so it's capable of decoding H.264/AVC. I suppose it doesn't know the recent update in the flv container format?
