I switched motherboard and now it works perfect(ASUS P5B Vista edition). What is more interesting is that I can boot with the old motherboard with another setup (before Asus P5W DH + Q9400 + 4870 and now Core 2 duo 6750 + X1800GT) I tried switching off the horrible jMicron. It might have worked.
