Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

I am a newbee in Ubuntu 8.04. First time to load in my system. I was
updating the softwares when it freeze during the process of installation
of the softwares. When I rebooted the system and rechecked the Synaptic,
the error below appeared. Have a not so fast ISP. Need help. I find this
OS very good. Not many people use them and actually despise Linux. Maybe
your 9.04 has solved the problem. Has to wait for it though.

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to
correct the problem.

** Affects: dpkg (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Invalid
