I have a Gateway T-1620, in ubuntu 8.10 the SD/MMC 5 in 1 card reader was work
very good and when upgrade to ubuntu 9.04 the card reared down.
BTW there are no (mmc_core.ko) in
/lib/modules/2.6.28-11-generic/kernel/drivers/mmc/card
