Public bug reported: Many people are seeing problems with the flash plugin when upgrading from Intrepid to Jaunty. Some of these are due to "nspluginwrapper -a -v -u" being run during the install, which scans for plugins to wrap in nspluginwrapper.
It seems that the gcu-plugin causes nspluginwrapper to segfault (error 139). This has a bug report in nspluginwrapper (bug# 363799), but you might want to mark gcu-plugin and nspluginwrapper as conflicting or check to make sure if this can be corrected in the gcu-plugin package. The comments describing this problem and the solution of un-installing gcu-plugin https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nspluginwrapper/+bug/363799/comments/3 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nspluginwrapper/+bug/357965/comments/5 The gcu-plugin is a cool package, but most people probably need flash (youtube, ect.) to work more than they want gcu-plugin.
