I still have this bug using texmaker in the Jaunty official 9.04 AMD-64
release (not the beta) which I installed from scratch on 9/25/09, with
the latest version of texmaker, which I presume is the "fixed"
texmaker-1.8-1ubuntu1.

Texmaker will work fine for a while but randomly stops accepting
keyboard input. Sometimes this follows a file save (but not always);
sometimes it follows a pdf-tek (but not always); sometimes it follows an
attempt to copy something from a different file (in another open tab,
but not always); sometimes it happens after doing a search and replace
(but not always); and sometimes I don't know why it happens. The only
workaround I've found is to quite texmaker and reload the file.
