Also, can you please provide the exact brand and model for the external
monitor you're using? Looks like a Dell from the photo, but what is the
model number etc?
Finally, if you have access to another external monitor (of another
brand/model) it would be useful to try that (to see if this happens only
with that particular type of external monitor or if the bug happens with
all kinds of external monitors for your graphics card).
