Attached is an example to reproduce the bug: an FLV video encoded with H.264/AVC, download from youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42E2fAWM6rA) I'm not sure if this video is cc-licensed, but since the youtube page allows embedding, I assume redistributing in a non-commercial way is permitted?
