Same bug here after upgrading Gutsy to Jaunty. The mouse clicks are disabled and nothing can be clicked. What it's strange is that the scroll button continues to work: I can scroll a page in firefox but cannot click anything. The only way to solve this is to reboot the machine. The bug seems to appear more often when using firefox.
