Ubuntu jaunty-9.04-alternate-desktop-i386.iso Intel chipset i845G/ICH4 Dell2400D
I have install jaunty on issue date and it runs fine...got audio/video and jaunty feels like powersteering and it's fast to. Liberation fonts rendering is better than on ms-w and needs no extra fine tuning. Startup and shutdown are both smooth. Have not encounter any issues as of this writing. The /etc/X11/xorg.conf file is empty, o bytes so can't show or tell any thing about and why!
