@llimaa, I am not familiar with the framework used to manage restricted drivers but your hypothesis seems consistent with the behaviour we are seeing. If you know more about the code managing the relationship between the restricted drivers and the kernel version maybe you could suggest some actions I should try to test. Also, would you expect a message to one of the log files if this were the case?
