** Description changed: My system hangs during shut down, showing the ubuntu shutdown screen, then a black screen, after which the system does not power down. When I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del, a message is echoed to the console, something like: - md: shutting down md devices + md: stopping all md devices (I can't find this in my logs though) And then the system restarts.
