As I stated during quick review on weekend xmlrpc-c introduces a new
set of sources and even server libs for xmlrpc - which imo would
justify a new security review; alternatively I suggested to make two
binary packages; one with the parts that are needed for cmake and the
other binary for the new server parts; only the non-server parts
should then be promoted to main.
