same Problem here with Vostro 1310. Since my upgrade from Kubuntu 8.10 to 9.4, keyboard and mouse freezes always at the login, if there is no AC adapter present. With AC adapter present everything is nice.
So it seems only Vostro 1310 and 1510 are effected, who will solve this problem? is this a (K)ubuntu specific problem?
