Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

In this instance I was attempting to follow the instruction by
attempting to colour code my folders. Having selected a folder and
followed the instruction of dragging the desired colour to the folder
it completely populated the background not only for that folder
within places but all the sections in places. Looking at the section
it gave the impression that both folders and backgrounds could be set
individually but my attempts are unable to achieve this aim.
Reference is made to a pop up but none appeared.

Can this please be checked ?

Ubuntu 9.04
as described above
